SASSA Will Take Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render services on the community.

SASSA will be rendering companies for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency mentioned it can be alarmed with regard to the large variety of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your high amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“That is as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office focused on service the area every day. The provider point developed for intervention activities a superior influx of prospective beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for your office to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will status sassa mobilise much more assets to empower the servicing of all customers and improve entry to Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
